OPAL STRINGS

Opal Strings are a dynamic group of young musicians from around the world, living and working in Amsterdam, NL. They have all completed postgraduate studies and are experienced in a wide range of performance styles. The musicians have played in venues such as the Royal Concertgebouw, the Sydney Opera House, the Royal Albert Hall and the Velaa Private Island in the Maldives, to name a few. I created a Logo based on the letter O for Opal and added the four vertical lines to represent string music in general. We decided to set the style to be informal and simple, to communicate that while the group plays primarily classical music, they are approachable, open and friendly. With the stationery we picked colours that are specific to the Opal gemstone.
